How much do your mugs cost?

Single mugs start at $15.95. Order more than one mug and start saving instantly! Large quantity orders are priced as low as $3.53 per mug. See our price list.

How much is shipping?

Priority Mail shipping is only $5.95 for one mug. Larger orders are sent by FedEx Ground or FedEx Express Saver, and are calculated by weight. If you're ordering a large volume, or need your mugs expedited, pleasecontact us for a custom quote.

When will I get my mugs?

Mugs ordered today will arrive by Saturday September 11 using our fast economy shipping (starts at 5.95 per mug). Need it faster? Choose FedEx Express shipping at checkout for delivery in approximately 4 business days. Please keep in mind that larger orders (36+) may require additional days to produce.

What size and color are your mugs?

We offer the classic standard white 11-oz mug, as well as two-tone mugs with white exteriors and colored accents. Visit our product gallery.

How do you print on the mugs?

Our mugs are printed using a process called dye sublimation which produces the highest-quality finish and consistent color. The final image is imprinted neatly beneath the glaze of the mug giving it the durability and sharpness of a photo, but with more resistance to scratching and fading.

How do I get my photos to you?

This is the fun part! Our One-Click Coffee Mug Design Generator lets you upload your photos and text in a single step! Your photos must be in a standard image format, preferably a .jpg less than 5KB in size.

What size should my photos be?

For maximum results we recommend a 300 ppi (pixels per inch) RGB .jpg image that is 4 by 2.75 inches in maximum dimension. (This can also be described as 1200 by 825 pixels). Regardless of the size of your image, we will scale it to fit neatly on your mug, and we will never stretch it. Images should be less than 5MB in size.

Can I put two photos on one mug?

Yes! There is no extra charge either.

Can I put one photo or image that wraps all the way around the mug?

Can I microwave or machine wash Kustom Kup mugs?

Our mugs are rated microwave and dishwasher safe by the mug and ink manufacturer, and are FDA approved. However, as the decorator of this product, we do advise that certain household conditions involving dishwasher heated drying and washing cycles may exist that could damage the image and finish of the mug. Therefore, as a general rule for all sublimation mugs from any source, we recommend hand washing as the best way to keep your mugs looking fresh for years to come.

Can I upload a scan of a greeting card, or other copyrighted material?

No, not without the written permission of the copyright owner. It is the policy of KustomKup.com to question the validity of any uploaded file that may appear to be copyrighted by another party, and to decline any order where there is a doubt about the ownership of the copyright. By using our website you agree to upload only your own photos or artwork or copyright free photos or artwork.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or a full refund (excluding shipping). In addition, if your item is damaged in transit we will replace it at no additional charge. All returns must be made within 90 days of receipt. For returns or exchanges mail your item to Kustom Kup Returns, PO Box 12264 Portland, OR, 97212. Returns take 2 to 3 weeks to process.
